We provide a warranty for all paints and decorative plasters sold by us. We always ask that you inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will review claims on the spot, in your presence.

The Seller is not liable for improper application, calculation, etc. To ensure proper use of the Product, the Seller recommends consulting the process engineer specified by the Seller.

Please note: Paint and varnish products are classified as household chemicals and, according to the list of non-food goods of proper quality, are not subject to return or exchange for a similar product of a different size, shape, dimensions, style, color, or configuration (clause 7 of the List of non-food goods of proper quality).

When canceling items from a paid order (or canceling the order in full), the buyer may order goods for the same amount, or request a refund by sending an email to info@lanors-mons.ru.
